a) Technical Conditions of the apartments

      v Carrying system is concrete..Outside walls are 13.5x 19x19 cm. brick, inner walls are; 8.5x19x19cm. brick.

      v Roof is covered by bricks for heat and water insulation.

      v Inner surfaces will be plaster stucco. Outer surfaces will be normal plaster.

      v Outside doorsand windows are white PVC. Glasses will be double glass (heat glass) Inner doors are pressed door with              MDF

      v Paints; Inner wall surfaces will be plastic paint and outer surfaces will be front facade paint with acrylic base. All steel              manufacturers will be 2 layers oil paint (Seaman’s paint)

      v Stone covering or covering panells will be made as in sample villa and project. Wall base is included between garden              ground floor.

      v Ceramics; all floors and wall coverings will be ceramics (if the buyer demand, floor coverings can be chage to laminates              with no extra cost)

      v Wardropes; cabinet lavatory in 1 bathroom. Wardropes suitable for kitchen. ( coverings of wardropes are laminates)              Surface of the lower cupborrds are, marble, granite or laminate.

      v Vitreous; 2 units shower basin with a shower cabin, 2 closets with resorvoir, 2 coat hanger, 2 towel racks, 2 different              washing machine installments. 2 shower mixer, 2 shower spiral, 2 taps, 1 kitchen chrome tap ,1 hot water heater.

      v Installments; at least 2 electric sockets, 2 telephone sockets, 2 tv sockets, common satellite antenna. ( Lambs are              excluded)

      v Balcony / terrace railings will be in steel. Top of pegola is mebran covering.

      v Inside stairs are steel and wood covering. Entance stair is steel aqnd marble covering.

      v All electric works are included (trnsformer and street lights inculuded)

      v Connection to city potable water network is included

      v Connection to city potable water network is included.In addition, water tank in central/embedded type for garden water              supply and air pressure tank will be made.

      v All site roads will be made from concrete parquet and auto-park places seen in project will be arranged.

      v Minimum 10 pieces security cameras , entrance control barrier and security cabin in site will be made.

      v 5 swimming pools will be made.( 5 pools in 5 parcell)

      v Landscape of all house gardens and common green areas will be made. (Grass and scrubs) Current trees will be              protected.
             Minimum 2 pieces children play ground will be made.
             2 tennis courts will be made.
